DTP MD 11 12: Alien Design
Make an alien that has adapted to live on an alien planet. Include the background and explain the conditions that the alien has adapted to. Draw a close up of the alien and label the parts.
DTP MD 11 12: Broken Perspective
Draw a scene where the usual laws of perspective have been broken, make something that is usually small, really big, and make some big things look really small. Make sure your scene has a detailed background and an interesting foreground. Include at least 10 things with at least 4 of them out of the proper perspective.
DTP MD 11 12: Non-human animal with a job
Imagine that a non-human animal was doing a job that is usually done by a human. What would the consequences of that be? Can cats be good police officers? Can a snake teach a class of human children?
Show us 3 scenes from a day of work with a non-human animal doing the job.
DTP MD 11 12 : Make a blog post on the most interesting job in the world
Find a real job that exists in the world, that you consider to be the most interesting job anyone could do. Pretend you have that job and make a blog post about a typical work day. Include some pictures you make your self (at least 2), and explain what you are doing through out the day and why that makes your job so interesting.
DTP MD 11-12 Positive Future Poster
Make a poster that will encourage people who see it about their futures. Have at least 6 elements that include images that you create yourself and a positive message as a slogan.

DTP MD 11~12: Map Projects start Cat Classroom Edition
Draw a map of the classroom that includes the location of all 5 cats that are scattered around the classroom. Include a legend on your map that has stuff like desks, chairs, filing cabinets etc. Include the number of steps necessary to arrive at 3 of the 5 cats. You don’t have to include any of the items that are on top of the furniture (computers, monitors, keyboards, etc), but you should include unusual or unique items (like the projector).

Happy Earth Day!
Make a poster that encourages people to do something good for humans and the environment. Draw everything yourself. Try to think of something that will really be good, not just greenwashing.
DTP MD 9~10: Earth Day Ad
Make an ad for a product that actually helps the environment, instead of being just greenwashing. Include details like price, where to buy it, who it is for. Draw everything yourself.
